I liked the location, it was right next to the economy airport parking lot! The price & the amenities were decent. The room was spacious & the bathroom was beautiful! We also had a great view of the sunset & sunrise.
I did not like that the ice machines were on the opposite side of the building as to our room & only on the 1st & 3rd floors. If there was one on each floor that would be more convenient! The room & building were a little run down but I expected that.

It was dirty and I will never stay at this location again. My shower rug was dirty, my room smelled, and there was hair in my shower. 0/10 recommend

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom had the large bottles of shampoo and body wash, so convenient!! The location was SO close to the airport, way cheaper than other airport hotels, has an airport shuttle, and has free parking if you were in a rental car like we were!
I honestly can't think of a thing we disliked, of course these aren't fancy luxury rooms but they were very clean and comfortable for the price!

The property needs to have a bit of a deep clean..my room and hallway had a strong odor like there was left over food somewhere.

The whole hotel is run-down, hallways are stuffy, everything inside looks old and is in need of fixing. Rooms are a little better, but all shared spaces are in disarray
The elevator broke down twice during my 1 night stay

It was a good location for our trip.
The elevator did not work, the washer and dryer were both broke, there were things in the room broke like the bathroom handle and a leg on the table was loose. Weird huge stain on the bed skirt.

Very basic tired hotel. Good breakfast. I chose it for the airport shuttle. I felt like it was expensive for what I had.

Served well my purpose. Reading the reviews helped to set my expectations close to reality. I enjoyed my stay even if floors weren't exactly kept pristine and the place bear signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was nice and fresher than the rest, the sheets and towels clean, soap dispenser was empty but bar soap was available. Very important to me, the room was smell-free (I am very sensitive to mould and smoke, I was happy). I liked the room, the free shuttle, the common areas, the staff was very nice and helpful. On check-in I found the sink wasn't draining and they easily changed room keeping on the same floor without a fuss (I was on the 4th floor). It was quiet and I rested well. For food there is an american diner at a short walking distance and at the counter they provide menus for delivery from other restaurants. I missed the free breakfast as my flight was early, they said it is continental style. Common areas were tidy, staff friendly and helpful.
I was looking for an affordable stop over between an evening and a morning flights, I knew from previous reviews that the place would have looked well used and cleanliness aren't the strong point so I wasn't disappointed but yes, nice rooms does have signs and looks like they're not really putting effort in keeping floors swept and mopped both in the room as well as reception and corridors. Said that, bed sheets, towel, bathroom were clean and the room smell free. Served my purpose.

No housekeeping. Our room needed cleaning and it never got cleaned up when I called to ask about it they said they can only clean it up when you requested. But they did not tell me that during check in. I was not happy about that.

Shuttle not 24 hour. Wish I had known that before booking. Was going to call but booking app only shares the hotel number with you after you book. I would have chosen any number of other hotels with 24 he shuttle. (background: 30+ straight hours of traveling and delayed & cancelled flights. Needed somewhere to crash since our flight was getting in at close to 2am. Booked the room at 11pm before leaving Chicago. Booking asked for arrival time and I put 1-2am.) When we arrived, exhausted, the front desk told us we couldn’t check in because they were changing over the system for the night. Asked us to sit for a minute while they did this. I didn’t time it but it was more than 10-15 min. They also didn’t explain that because I was checking in after they changed over the system, it was considered a “late” check in and they were going to charge me for TWO nights. Only found out because my CC notifies me of all my charges. I had to ask the manager the next morning why my room was double the price (we were only in it for 7 hours!) and then they explained that the second night would drop off. (Update: it did eventually. Thank goodness) Finally, continental “breakfast” was 2 different types of cereal, bananas, and a broken waffle machine

I was a guest last friday 7/14/23 in Room 516 and I had a very unsatisfactory experience. My room had bugs and when I called the front desk to report they said they had no maintenance staff or bug spray and was not able to change my room. Also after I checked out on Saturday morning I used the airport shuttle service and once I got to the airport I realized I left my Roku stick ($40 retail price) and called the front desk immediately 7/15/23 at 9:02 am and spoke to Grishma to let her know to please have housekeeping retrieve and put aside for me to pick it up once I arrived back to Philadelphia today 7/23/23. When I came to pick it up she was there and stated that she did not have it which makes me believe due diligence was not done at the time and someone took my belongings. I am very dissapointed in the customer service and lack of hospitality and would not return to this location again or recommend any others to book at this location. If someone in management would like further details into my experience or if there is anyway I can be reimbursed for this inconvenience I would appreciate that.
