i love the location

the only thing that was nice is that it's by the water

Its dirty out dated and overpriced for the old raggedy condition of the rooms there I have stayed there twice wouldn't recommend needs a serious upgrade hard cracked floors are filthy bottom of my socks looked like tar

Hand prints all over the wall and we were woken in the middle of the night twice by screaming outside our room.

Bedding was clean and comfortable and the room was pretty quiet, and for the price it was a good place to crash before my early morning flight.

The room seems partially updated. New granite countertops and shower stall in the bathroom, but an outdated tub and stained office tile drop ceilings. The coffee maker had on old soggy coffee filter still wedged in it that I had to throw away. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. There was an issue with my early morning shuttle at 4:00 am. It left 20 minutes late because of a flat tire and some staffing challenges. Luckily, I still made it to my flight on time.

I liked that I could park the car

The first room the bed was broken. It felt like a HUGE hole other right side. Then the shower didn't work. Had to get a different room. Also stayed there because it had transportation to and from the airport and there was NO help with that. Put a request in and the guy never showed so I had to get an uber.

The manager was very unprofessional made me leave for no reason all because I wasn't getting back any of my security deposits he told me to call my bank basically saying that it was on them but it had nothing to do with my bank and all I did was tell him what the bank said and he sort of freaking out on me screaming in my face running all over the property yelling for no reason to stay up there all hates him he needs to be let go

The air conditioning the air conditioning did not work properly, the bed was uneven, the floor dirty and sticky, mold on the ceiling, smell of marijuana. Very expensive.

The location and room views of the water and city were nice. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Manager did not seem very concerned with the bugs, dirt, and disrepair.

This property needs to address the bugs (roaches, bees, ants), replace the filthy carpets, and complete suitable repairs rather than patch jobs.

Shuttle was helpful. Towels and bedding clean

Badly smelled of smoke, bad neighborhood, sticky floor, furniture badly worn, run down motel. Would have been better staying at a hostel.

I love the workers I love the weather I love the location I love looking across the water out of the bedroom window

GPS really couldn’t find the location but design could’ve been bigger and easier to see off of the main road but other than that once I found it it was fabulous
