staff was nice

not clean like it was supposed to be

it was close to where I needed to be early the next morning. The 24 hour reception came in handy as I was on a late flight into Baltimore.

The receptionist was incredibly rude. I called to ask if the reception was open late and she hung up on me. When I arrived she insisted I pay with the card I made the reservation with. I know this is not a rule but she wouldn’t budge on it and snapped at me when I questioned it. She then gave me a room with a door that didn’t lock but I was so worn out from the first dealing with her that I wedged the ironing board under the door rather than approach her again.

it was not very clean had to change rooms cause the sheets was stained and had blood on them

location, cleanliness, and comfort was all terrible. the building itself smells terrible inside. we left a whole day early.

The standard was bad and it smelled of smoke as soon you walk in the building and in the room. it was terrible.

everything, the bathroom was clean and smelly, the carpet needed to be vaccinated a d it smelled of Cigarettes

it was nice but the people that rented the whole first floor was loud all night slamming doors playing on my door all night that’s unacceptable

first my wife and I pulled up to the place and the outside was dirty and trash everywhere workers sitting outside and the place looked like something out of the bates motel. it looked so bad I refused to even walk into the place the neighborhood doesn’t look safe at all and I’ve stayed in hotel’s in the Borough of New York that were safer looking. it was only for one night but it was so bad of a place I didn’t even ask for a refund I just left , they need the money more then I do by the looks of this place but I’ll never try to book a room there again.
