everything was great but the room 166 king sweet the tv had a black line on it but other then that it was great

They need more people in the reception, and it need to be updated.

Comfortable accessible room.

Accessible room walk in shower spills water on bathroom floor next to shower tub. May need longer shower curtain or slightly higher tub wall to keep water from spilling onto floor.

It was a place to sleep. That's about it.

Besides the person who was sleeping next to the ac unit, everyone else was burning up and sweating overnight

Good location. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Coffee maker in room was slow, but made good coffee.

There were no USB ports in the room. Wall plugs seemed too big to hold the plug in, especially on the lamps, so devices wouldn't charge. The TV had no channel guide or any sort of listings. Had to have maintenance out to unplug toilet. There were very loud people at the pool late at night. One of the registration clerks was quite unfriendly, bordering on rude.

The breakfast staff was awesome!! They were on top of EVERYTHING and did so with EXCELLENT customer service, which is rare.

Upon checking in to a disabled room, it smelled like a dirty diaper/nursing home. When I informed the staff, they laughed and said it’s probably because someone in a diaper stayed in the room. 😤They ended up putting me in a different room that apparently had ROACHES!!! 😱😱😱 By the time I made this discovery, it was already time to check out. Only thing good about this property is the breakfast staff - They are awesome!!! I haven’t stayed here since 2019 and will never stay here again.

Decent room, good bed, good breakfast

Its a busy place with lots of rooms, lots of people. Parking location wasnt close to room

I loved the friendlieness of the staff, the breakfast and the 2 complimentary drinks in the club house.

I was not a huge fan of the pillows. They were small and not comfortable.

The king suite 2/2 was awesome. very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was Amazing, Very friendly and sweet!

Enjoyed the stay, only issue was the TV remote. Had 2 TVs and only one remote really worked on both TV's 🤔

The location as I'm not to familiar with Roseville.

The no smoking on the property. I understand the no smoking in the rooms as I prefer a fresh smelling room/or house. But as someone who needs it for medicinal uses or guests who smoke cigarettes it's hard trying to find "somewhere off the property" where it's not far to walk. However approving it inside your vehicle or designated spot for travelers w/out a vehicle would be greatly appreciated for guests. Since there's security they can continue to monitor the grounds.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices and lots of room in the dining area. Evening drinks were a nice getaway for adults.

I could hear everyone around us. The floors squeaked and the bathroom noise could be heard on all sides.
