The bed was clean and comfortable.

Insulting front desk staff. Repeatedly asked for the person on the reservation to come in from the car, even as I showed him my photo ID matched the information. He couldn’t believe my name was one that could be had by a woman or a man and was downright disrespectful for the rest of the process. He didn’t ask if I had a pet, and put us on the second floor because no first floor rooms were available. We began unpacking into the room, and as my father brought the dog in, he was accosted by the staffer, asked what room we were in, told that we couldn’t have dogs on that floor, and then added a fee to our reservation. I had noted the presence of the pet on the booking notes, but the employee may not have seen/read that note. The elevator was 20 degrees hotter than the hallways, and the hallways were not air conditioned. We sweat like pigs as we unloaded and used the broken, rickety carts to move our things in. Parking was limited, the lot was dark, and seemed unsafe given the constant foot traffic and security patrols. The entire building smelled of rotting food, a scent which persisted all night long. This hotel was easily the worst I have ever stayed in, and the second worst my father has seen in his 60 years (the worst was an airport motel in DC), but it was a close second. Avoid.

The staff is always friendly and amazing! The property is kept clean and is in a decent area. The rooms are always clean and welcoming and all things within their rooms are in working order.

the room hallway front of bathroom is too small, our room 226 had bedbugs , my wife got bit 9 times . the front desk rep was very helpful to us and took some pictures

The location was good.

It was very noisy...dogs barking throughout the night. The walls were very thin... you could clearly hear the goings on in adjacent rooms.

The beds were awful the towels are awful. Our room wasn't super clean hand prints on the mirror and the inside door was pretty dirty too. The hotel is dingey. Also very hot in the lobby and elevator
