Breakfast was kinda gross. Front desk itself was not welcoming like at a Courtyard. To clarify, the staff were welcoming, helpful and polite, but not the way the desk is set up

There was a $150 required pet cleaning fee and $25 a day for having a pet in your room. This fee almost doubled the cost of the room. If I wanted to pay exorbitant cleaning fees I’d just go stay at an AirBNB. I understand charging a fee if there is actual damage or mess caused by the pet but charging all pet owners this much as a check in surprise is just a dishonest way to drive up profits. I would suspect no extra time or effort was spent cleaning our room after we left. If we had known about this fee ahead of time we would not have stayed at this location.
