The location is pretty good. It just took 4-7 minutes to drive from Disneyland. And, the free parking lot is provided. It's great.

The hotel provided the soap instead of the body wash.

Front desk service, no towels on the pool, pool was not clean, rooms smell dirty.

Clean room, very close to disney land, check in was super easy, it’s very close to restaurants and stores. Great place!!

The location is wonderful; staying at a hotel near the theme park is definitely an excellent choice, especially for a multi-day plan.

Where do I begin? Firstly, the customer service is terrible. The man treated us poorly, charged us an additional amount not clearly specified on booking.com, provided us with an inaccurate map to enter the park, and to top it off, they treated us as if they were doing us a charitable favor, as if we had stayed for free. Room service wasn't provided until the second day of our three-day stay, and the entire place had a musty smell. On the day of check-out, an assistant almost escorted us to the room door to "remind" us to leave the property.

It was relatively clean.

The location, the comfortable beds, the parking facilities.

There was zero Wi-Fi connection. We had to go buy a SIM card and get data just to book Disney tickets. The room was not entirely cleaned upon arrival and did not get cleaned the next day. They also took our towels and did not replace them. The staff member on duty who dealt with the towel issue wasn’t that great - just told us there were no towels left.

The location was great - we were able to walk to Disney and miss out on the entry traffic. They also offer free parking at the premises which was super convenient and saved us from having to book parking at Disney. We truly appreciated this one when we left the park at night and saw the troves upon troves of cars trying to get out of the park. Did not envy them. The beds were very comfortable and the black out curtains were a plus.

The room was a little musty on our arrival and the bathroom had not been cleaned very well. We stayed for two nights and when we returned on the second day, the room had not been cleaned, though our towels had been taken (and not returned). The customer service was a little lacking - upon asking for our towels to be returned we were told there were none left.
