The staff were super friendly and helpful! Samantha, Carlos (?), Chrystal, all were very nice and accommodating, thank you very nice. It made the place feel like home or friends’ home. My friend found this hotel for me, it was a bit cheaper among other NY crazy prices, and Booking.com offered a free upgrade, I believe. I had my doubts, I must confess, but once I was greeted by Samantha and saw my room, I said wow! Mine was a corner room, a small one but with two windows on perpendicular walls, and from the 7th floor it gave a spectacular view! Samantha also told me about the rooftop, and it was a special place, too. Your own tower in the city. Amazing. Even the bathroom had a window. Some people said in the review that there was very little place to put your things, and I sort of agree, there is no closet, but several hangers. But I was there just for a few days, and managed without much storage space. The room is basically just a big comfy bed with two big windows in front and on the side, and it’s great to see the city at sunsets, sunrise, day and night. Thanks. I would definitely stay there again. If the price will remain reasonable :)

The internet wasn’t working on my first night, the staff tried to help getting me connected to the employees network but it didn’t catch signal in my room. But next day they rebooted the system, and everything worked well.

Orchard Street ist eine im positivsten Sinne belebte Straße voller angesagter Restaurants, Läden und Bars. Der Ausblick aus den Zimmern der höheren Etagen ist überwältigend. Ich habe mich als Alleinreisender hier sofort wohl und sicher gefühlt. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in New York werde werde ich definitiv überlegen dort wieder abzusteigen.

Die zugegebenermaßen sehr kleinen Zimmer mit Bad sind absolut im Rahmen und geben einem ein authentisches Gefühl für New Yorker Wohnverhältnisse. Es wäre nur schön, wenn auch nachmittags warmes Wasser zum Duschen vorhanden wäre.

Top Lage; Zimmer klein aber fein, hat total gereicht + top Aussicht und Rooftop “lounge”; kleine Coffee Bar mit Tee (gratis) vorhanden; werde definitiv wieder kommen! Personal super nett und hilfsbereit

great location with plenty to see and do around. the staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is great value for money

if I was to say anything then it would be that the wardrobe was a tad on the small side for a couple there for a week.

Liked the customer service at the hotel as we initially had a small room and needed more space and we were accommodated for a small fee. The view on the eleventh floor and the roof are wonderful !

internet didn’t work on the eleventh floor for our entire stay. Area didn’t feel safe at times.

This is my second time staying here. The staff are always lovely, the location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
