Really nice property. Clean & large rooms. A nice facility to work out too!

The room was clean.

Extremely loud music emanating from an abutting neighbor’s yard made it impossible to rest comfortably in the room, so we checked out soon after checking in. It was obvious that hotel management knew of the problem with the neighbor, but refused to issue a refund upon us leaving, or subsequently after speaking with the hotel manager two days later.

Two of the desk attendants were truly wonderful.

Extremely loud. We could hear the phone buzzing in the other rooms. Heard every footstep made. Extremely loud throughout the entire place. Ridiculously so. Under beds were gross. Someone’s socks left from previous stay and just dirty. Crazy smell in the entrance, like a mixture of pot and cleaning products. Smell of smoke and pot coming down the hall and into the rooms. Lesson learned. I understand there is noise in a hotel, but this took it to a whole new level.

Clean, no carpets in room! Dove soap and body cream, nice touch! Breakfast cinnamon rolls delicious. About 10 minute drive to beach, restaurants.

Ice maker was NOT working! Shower cap would have been nice. No free water bottles compared to some cheaper hotels that offer this. Upgrade to room with jacuzzi. Next time I would prefer different kind of upgrade. We don’t like jacuzzi in room.
