Had cockroaches in room

Unclean, smelled bad, unhelpful staff, dispute about payment, charged twice, very low class establishment, pool out of order.

Nothing it was dirty ac was no working properly

Everything nasty elevators w poop ac broken in the first floor so it was hot n then the ac was worse

The price was good

Aside from Price, everything was not good. Worse place I been. Use to worm for a Country Inn And Suutes of the Radisson CEO saw that place including my room he would be disappointed. There was mold on the ceiling pain in bathroom chiping. Bed sheets were damp. Could not understand half the staff need learn English. Nothing was vision paired friendly. Doubt I will go back to that place. Human services need be called to that place

Free breakfast was a joke. In a kind of scary neighborhood. Check in staff was helpful and friendly.

The beds where comfy. The location was good close to my office.

Zero housekeeping. No clean towels, my room was never cleaned over 7 days. Breakfast was never on time or really worth it.

Terrible area, The person handling check in could not have been less helpful. Terrible attitude. The woman at check out was friendly.The paint was peeling off the wall in the bathroom.

The room could have been cleaned better. Walls were dirty and paint peeling off the room door. Beds were uncomfortable. Toilet paper holder needs to be replaced.

No daily housekeeping to replenish supplies, towels, empty garbage. the curtained was half torn down. you couldn’t walk bare foot on the floor in your room without black feet. we were charged $300.00 for pet charge when I was messaged that there would be no charge. you had to pay $150.00 for damage and recovery in Cash but we were refunded when we checked out. the 1st day I called the front desk twice to get fresh towels and was told to come down to desk to get them. there was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling in which I am highly allergic to and can cause me to be hospitalized in which thankfully I was not but now I have a bad cold in which I believe was from a dirty Hotel. There was peeling paint every where. piled up trash at every trash can in rooms as well as public areas. we had the Vibe that it was a rent by the hour Hotel. There was NO drawers and only open shelves to place clothing and belonging on. There was no safe to put valuables in. We got locked out of our room at 10 am instead of 12 pm check out. The area that the Hotel was in was very sketchy and felt very unsafe when out at night.
