The staff and the setup of my room.

I didn’t dislike anything

Large suite, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with thick towels. The kitchen has a small stove top, regular refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Tiled floors. Pet friendly.

Space, size of the hotel, and room location. The staff was friendly but not negotiable on having no wifi on their smart tv for the days/nights we stayed. Poor regard for what is a necessary amenity today; wifi If you plan on watching anything other than cable don't stay here unless you bring a device to hook up to the older bedroom tv since you cannot get wifi on the front room's larger smart tv. You also cannot hook up anything to the front room tv it is too close to the wall you can't get your hand behind it and I have tiny hands.

The Smart TV was not able to be connected to the hotel wi-fi after trying w/help desk each day we were there. I had to buy a TV from Walmart to use on their wi-fi for my streaming needs. The hotel told me they are not responsible for smart TVs at their location having wifi access and would not agree to any credit or other compensation for our 6-night stay without wifi on the smart tv. You got wifi on your phone and on the older tv you could use firestick but no wifi on the smart tv which was 1/4 inch from wall so you could not use any devices on the tv due to not being able to hook anything like tablet, firestic, roku etc. I feel like the primary need of wifi was not provided for viewing purposes should have been handled in a more professional manner. They should also inform guests that the smart tv's won't work w/wifi to give the customer an option as to if they want another room or to stay at another hotel. We will NEVER stay at this property again.

There was no breakfast. There was no lobby. The neighborhood was dangerous, with prostitution and homeless people all around. The room was dingy and poorly accommodated. I was afraid to stay there.

Everything...I would never stay there again.

. The most important part of staying in a hotel is the bathroom. The shower was ultimately relaxing and the bathroom was very spacious

The television was small which made it difficult for my bad eyes to see.

No clean towels or bed linings on the second day. Leftover cookies in kitchen drawer from previous guest. Also stove was locked.

This is old run down hotel no maintenance. This is hobo house. Stop listening bad properties. This place need complete remodeling. I am surprised that IHG is letting them use the brand name. Everything is broken down, all equipment are old

AC no temperature control, restroom water leaking , lights, hallway lights most are not working too dark. Coffee machine is to old, can’t read the button name what button does what. No soap etc. limited towels Front door locked not properly functioning, reported to manager but not fixed.

we loved the room we got and felt like it was a great price for the room.

The entire hotel smelled like marijuana the whole time we stayed. We had a pull out sofa and when we pulled it out, there was old food and a spilled soda can still under it.
