The view from our balcony was gorgeous. The room was clean and loved how the bathroom separated the two beds. Location was a big plus!

The windows in the common areas were very dirty.

Hotel could you use a little updating. Also need an outside faucet/ hose for rinsing off the sand when you come off the beach.

Great location. Close to downtown and right on the water.

Price was a bit high for a one day extension on my stay.

Fast check in. Very nice young lady at the front desk. We lucked out with a first-floor room. It was large. Clean. Walkout to a covered lower balcony 20 feet from the beach and 40ish feet from Lake Huron. Sunday night stay and the City of Mackinaw has Sunday night fireworks! They lasted about 10 minutes. Pretty impressive!

Kind of the only issue was the king bed in our room was, well, hard as a rock. Very firm.

The location was perfect to ride our bikes to the ferry and walk to downtown Mackinaw City.

Although we requested our rooms to not be cleaned, we did request clean towels and did not receive them. Just a small thing but after a long day we just wanted to shower and relax.

Absolutely beautiful view, short walk to ferries, and close to city shopping

It was dirty. We had bugs in our room and kept having issues with being locked out. And it's not the hotels fault, but many of the other guests were loud and up late going through the halls. There was also no sauna or gym, and the pool/hot tub were very dirty. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't feel the need to complain. But not sure if I went back, that I would stay here again.

Room 105 was very big with the lake view, rather 2 rooms and kitchenette. King size in one room, queen and sofa in another, they connected with kitchenette. 2 tv sets and plenty of pillows. Fire pit on the beach The ferry to Mackinac Island is nest door

The room was clean and comfortable, the view of the lake was amazing

The air conditioning didn't work right but wasn't a big issue we opened the window and there was a cool breeze off the lake, The hot tub was out of service for our whole stay also

we had amazing time! the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. the guy at the front desk was nice and gave us recommendations. The pool was closed but was able to go over to the Hampton to swim if we wanted too. It was about a 10min walk to the ferry or you can be picked up from the hotel to get to the ferry. Also I don’t think anyone else was staying at the hotel when we came so we had the beach to ourselves! I recommend staying here!

My room was very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Could use some updates but overall was very pleased with my overnight stay.
