only coffee was available check out at 7am a tiny bit of fruit in a bowel which seemed to be picked over. I was third person that checked out so it was not like there were a lot of people before me that got there first. 25 dollar extra charge for pet. for one night. Had to plug in the lights before they would work. it was hard for me to get down on my hands and knees to do that because of health problems.

Filthy, drug use and loudness from room upstairs, worried if I would get bed bugs so dirty! So horrible and the pictures of actual room looked nothing like pictures on the web site. So dissatisfied I left two days early and couldn’t get a refund !

Just on the edge of town nice little hotel great value I've stayed 6+ times and wouldnt hesitate to stay again

Breakfast is only 2 hours in the morning (7-9) so if you sleep in you miss out.

Location was good. Easy parking, convenient to downtown. Ferries close by was good.

Front desk worker had little affect. No lightbulb in a fixture, and I had to come to the desk for a replacement. Loose connections on some receptacles, and some electronics didn’t have an available/ open plug to use.

Asked for another pillow was told there were no more pillows. Breakfast free but not very good sausage floting in water and greese no cream chesse for bagles. Hotle need a up date, very dated. Front desk person eating in front of me while I was asking questions.

Our room was way above our expectations. It was very clean and spacious! The check in clerk Karen was very helpful and made us feel she was happy to have us as guests. Also, the location was perfect for our weekend get away, we were in Mackinaw City to go to Headlands International Dark Sky Park and this property was the closest to the Park!

The free breakfast could have lasted until 10am instead of 9:00am. But the attendant at breakfast was very helpful and did her best to keep everything stocked.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast always on point. The lady who opperated breakfast was on top of everything. Rooms clean. Basic room, we were gone all day and used the room for sleeping and dressing. I would stay again.
