The hotel is beautiful and clean.

A bit in the pricey side.

there was no clock in the room, no Bible,  the fridge did not work very well and they were too many kids in the pool  and lastly, the hot tub was not working 

Cleanliness the location of the bar and restaurant. Food and drinks were very good.

The bed was to hard.

Stay here each year, at least twice if not more. # years back when it opened the experience was great. The staff and restaurant folks are all very nice, professional and service with a smile. Its just that some of the minor things have regressed e.g. the room doors shut very hard.

The room doors. Alos pls update the 3rd and 4th floor rooms to NOT have bath tubs. I usually stay on the 6/7th and the rooms are MUCH better - walkin modern style baths. Alos pls install microwaves in the room.

This used to be a so-so Holiday Inn. It’s much nicer & fresher now, and a pleasant surprise, given the history of the property.

We had tremendous support from the over night housekeeping individual, when we had a ill grandchild. They provided expert assistance with the clean up and provided input to getting a different room and an additional room.

It was very good.

My main frustration was that the alarm clock in the room, that didn't even show the time, had the alarm clock go off at 8am. Because there were no numbers the buttons gave no indication as to if what I was pressing turned it off or not. The alarm went off several times. Seeing as I was staying in this hotel between long hospital emergency shifts to get more sleep, the interruptions were not ideal.

room was on a floor with a bunch of kids there for a tournament and was unable to enjoy the pool or hot tub on those cold and snowy Michigan days due to it being full of kids with little to no supervision.

Friendly staff at check in. Clean and secure facilities. Rooms and hallways very clean.

Hard beds, parking area needed plowing, fan didn't turn on in room, hard to control the temperature in the room. HArd beds
