Close to everything big family room

The bathroom was dirty, also i paid to have a dog making barking all night even the front lady said it would stop literally it was ALL NIGHT!

Couple of korw vegetarian options for food in breakfast.

Close to the Falls, comfortable beds, decent breakfast with many options.

Really small room for 4 people, not enough towels in the bathroom (only 2 for 4 people), took awhile to replenish pitcher of milk at breakfast, lobby bathroom was closed for repair.

lots of free parking. free breakfast was great. staff are so accommodating.

i think one of the staff/contractor parked their car out front while it was raining, blocking off the entrance of other people trying to unload their stuff and wanted to avoid getting wet in the rain. then this person took the only luggage trolley there, load the bread, and other stuff and parked the trolley in the kitchen. no one was able to use the trolley.

The room was not allocated properly. When I tried to open the room which was allocated for us, I came to know that someone had already stayed there.

location is great near many restaurants / shops / mall, and around 10 min driving to Niagara Falls. Staff was very friendly Free parking The bed was fine

- Dirty room, specially the bathroom and floor, dirty sheets and dirty tables - Breakfast was poor - It’s a pet friendly hotel, so be prepared to hear some barking

Breakfast was adequate.

Beds made the room a little tight...we could not get ti the closet to hang up clothes. S
