I wish they had a shutter bus to take us to Niagara falls.

The breakfast exceeded our expectation, because we had a variety of items to choose from. However, adding grits to the menu would be nice.

I didn't like the fact that the carpet had stains and it seemed like it was not vacuumed.

The breakfast was good. The weight room has free weights which my husband loved. We were very pleased that our emotional support dog was able to join us even tho it was his first trip away from home and he was scared

Room was as described. Breakfast was good but options were limited. staff were friendly. Gym had the basics needed to complete a good workout.

Cold Dingy pool. My kids got sick from going into the pool. Pool really needs to be upgraded or shut down. We requested for our room to be cleaned but that didn’t happen. Feels like since covid, hotels avoid cleaning your room.

Saturday night it was so loud and hard to sleep due to other guests yelling and running down the halls.

The shampoo conditioner and body wash was a nice touch on the shower.

The shower had low water pressure. The jacuzzi tub had been patch with something white and it had chipped off into the water every time it filled making it unusable. The breakfast was bland and the apple juice and orange juice containers were very much spoiled. I took the spoilt juice to an attendant sitting in the breakfast area and he took them and walked away without a word.

Run down and old. Hotels in the States aren't rated the same as Canadian hotels.

We got put in a room right next to reception and also next to the breakfast area so got quite loud relatively early. Rooms quite dated, breakfast was very basic.

Breakfast was great and we could walk to the airport. The Heat/AC unit worked great, was quiet and easy to use.
