Location
Bed was not comfortable. The thermometer show error, ac/heat did not work very good. Very noisy on 3rd floor.

We came on a very busy weekend, there was a Concert, Game and something else was going on, and you were booked to capacity, people were waiting on the lobby for their room, but the young lady at the front desk was working hard to get everyone into their rooms and she made us feel comfortable while we were waiting z I can't remember her name but she was the one with tattoos on her arms, that young lady needs a raise, between her and the supervisor that was on shift they kept in contact as the staff cleaned the room, they released to the next person waiting my hats off to them, because it was an overwhelming situation and they got through it. Job well done. I will definitely be staying again.
Short staff on cleaning crew and the Queen pullout sofa only came with one pillow, one flat sheet, and a light throw blanket "not enough cover"

Valerie was nice
They showed us four different rooms. None of them were cleaned. Some still had trash, leftover pizza boxes, potato chips in the bed sheets, and stains on the bed sheets. Two of them didn’t even have he bed made up. After 4 attempts at getting a clean room we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Now customer service is refusing the refund. Wort hotel experience of my life by far.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. There were plenty of restaurants across the street.
The trash cans at the entrance were overflowing, the pool was literally green with algae and had debris floating on top, the carpet in elevator was old & torn, there were pieces of tile and grout on the shower floor.

The pool wasn’t working. The alarm system went off every 45 minutes. We were relocated and told our charge was voided but we were charged anyway. This is not a typical Hampton experience.

The staff was nice. They moved me to a clean room on a different floor and was very apologetic.
The beds were dirty. Sheets had not been changed in the two rooms they initially put me in. I have pictures of the gross beds.

It was so noisy I couldn't sleep...could hear the ac kick in next door all night. No hair dryer
No ironing board. No laundry bags. Grossly overpriced.

Breakfast was good.
The room was infested with ants. I requested a refund for half the room rate, and the manager says that because I booked through booking.com that she cannot easily give a refund. They are hoping that I forget about it I'm sure. But after paying $160 for a night in a room infested with ants, it's hard to forget.

Our room was not ready at 3. They had a large checkout the morning of and didn't have enough staff to clean. We had to wait an hour on our room. However they were very nice about it. We felt bad for them!

At check they could not print the invoice. The receptionist said that the printer was out of order. I asked her to send me the invoice by mail. She replied that she will do it immediately. Two days later I had not received the invoiced yet. I sent them a message via booking.com, no answer. I sent them 2 or 3 messages the next days, no answer. So I asked booking.com to contact them. 10 days later still no invoice in my mailbox !
What a poor service from this hotel once you have paid !

Britney was accomodating and got what I needed right
Got switched to 3 different rooms because the bathrooms was dirty and the last room was slightly dirty but I cleaned it myself and I was missing pillow covers and amenities

It’s getting old. Bumpy elevator ride and door. I reported a faulty bedside lamp to front desk on the first day. We checked out 3 nights later and nothing was done.
