The older lady and man who cleaned the rooms and got me towels and stuff were really friendly and polite. It wasn't overly loud for having some long term guests. Didn't find any bugs, spiders or roaches so was enthusiastic about that.

I was situated in the back under the staircase and it wasn't the cleanest place. The room seemed clean but i had to go over stuff with wipes. The door area needs paint touchups, the door itself did not feel very secure at all and the 'wood' furniture was all very rickety. After I cleaned it myself I felt a bit better...not my first choice but was cheapest I found for a 7/8 day stay. I never did make it to breakfast so can't comment on that.

The room was so clean the bed was so soft and big and comfortable ! I didn’t want to leave ! I am a mom of 3 boys ! And we are always on the go with work all the time I come in to minor issues with a hotel room among our travels and of course bugs riches are the most common ! But for the online price I paid I was amazed and then there was a amazing breakfast my kids had a blast I will definitely be back

I made reservations for a hotel with a pool and the pool was closed! Rooms had roaches and smelled like weed.

The customer service rep in the hotel was very rude and I quote "I dont want you to come here anyway..." Which is the comment I received after the person told me that they would not hold my room after driving 4 hours away on the same day that I was expected to be there. I was told because I would not arrive until 10:00 pm the same day, my room was cancelled because after 6 pm its considered a no show. When I told the person that I never heard such things and how that was bad customer service. He then replied "well I dont want you to come here anyway...".

I like the view from the window and the location of the place .

it wasn’t really clean like the fix the bed but it was dirty like they didn’t sweep.
