They have a restaurant on property. Very Friendly staff. Very clean rooms.

The room is spacious so for the price, it is a value.
Unfortunately, I have not been pleased with the quality of guests that stay at this location. I have stayed at many a hotel in Rancho, and this location has guests that do not have any idea what courtesy is. At all hours of the night/early hours of the morning, people are slamming their doors and talking loudly in the hallway. It is ridiculous! Go to sleep and stay quiet! If you are coming and going, then be quiet and courteous that others are trying to sleep/rest! The staff knocked on my door when I had my TV volume up, but there is no monitoring of what is going on when people are going in and out of their rooms and that is beyond annoying. Additionally, I was charged $250 instead of the $100 deposit at the end of my stay. I had not directly booked the stay, but I had provided my email address upon check in. At no point was ANY communication provided to me as to why I was being charged $250. I think it is ridiculous that no notification of the charge was provided to me and as such, I have disputed the charge. Not likely to be staying here again unfortunately....

Charging for parking was a big thing for me. The pool and spa were closed as well which was kind of disappointing

We arrived early and I went inside to see if we could have early checkin. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We came on Saturday June 17 2023 Father’s Day weekend with my grandson to swim and visit kids museums. It was 90 degrees. I called ahead and they said pool was opened. But pool was closed that day. I asked front desk for a refund and to cancel. They were kind and said they would look into it. We left. I called booking and they said they would send a message to hotel but hotel might not refund. I called hotel back and the same kind girl said the refund would be coming. This has not happened yet.
That the pool was closed on a hot weekend day when I called ahead and was told was and then booked on booking.com thinking all this was true.

the breakfast was great although they said they are no longer including it in room price, it's still a very good breakfast at reasonable price

The location was near my conference, so that was good. I had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel. The dinner was excellent, including the margarita! Breakfast was quite good and the price for both meals was good.
It looked like my room was mid-remodel. There were some things that seemed new and very nice, but there were odd pieces of furniture that didn't seem to belong in the room. The armchair had rips in both armrests. Need to replace that!

Good location plenty of stores around if you need anything. Plenty of parking with outside doors access if you’re parked in back. Rooms are a good size and clean
The only thing that bad that caught my attention was in the bathroom. It looked like they just repaired the door jam and molding but didn’t finish. There were dirty hand prints, the nail holes were showing and it needed to be painted.
