The bed was extremely comfortable n room was clean all the workers were really nice

The shower didn't work more hot then cold and door was open smelled like smoke had no shampoo or soap

Key card access to the stairwells sometimes works, stairwells have large trash bins with no ventilation so all you smell is trash. If your room is on the back side you'll get nothing but freeway noise all night. My first room had a bad smell and room wasn't really clean and stains on the bathroom floor and bed sheets.

The hotel canceled my reservation while I was waiting to check in, they told me they didn't have a room for me even though I booked my room in advance through booking .com, will never attempt to stay there again

Rooms, bathroom dirty, rundown, very sketchy people hanging around all over. Almost left after an hour of being there.

Nothing

The whole place and property was a scam. The pictures online did not represent the rooms or property. The dishonesty is disgusting. All the rooms were dirty and smelt horrible. Never again. This caused conflict in my relationship too.

I did not like a single thing about it. The rooms were inadequate and had not been kept up with. Biggest issue is they told me there was no reason I shouldn’t have received my deposit back, nothing was showing up in the system…. Yet, I didn’t receive my deposit back…. I called them 5 separate times and spoke to different individuals each time I was told I would get a call back. Not once did they ever call me back. I constantly was having to call them back and explain my problem over and over. I never got an explanation as to why I wouldn’t be recovering my deposit, only that they had nothing showing in the system to indicate why I would not receive my deposit. They are con men and knew they had no reason not to issue my deposit and figured ignoring me and giving me the run around was the best strategy. That’s fine. Keep the $100. Never again will you get my business.
