Great Facilities. Modern and Clean. Only 15 minutes from the beach. In the center of shopping and restaurant district.

Bathroom could use improvement. Nice and modern but lacked caulking around tub and had minor rust on bathtub faucet.

Breakfast was great and also nice location pretty close to the beach

It is quiet and super close to the beach, it is very central, if we return we will stay there again 👍🏼

The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean

Staff was rude. We admittedly arrived late for check in but it’s a hotel so you would expect staff at all times. There was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes we were looking around everywhere for someone to check us in and finally when someone showed up it seemed like we were a bother to be there checking in for our $350 room. Also only one poor girl working the breakfast and with covid she had to personally serve each person one at a time. It took awhile and I felt bad for her as it seemed she needed some help

Judy at the front desk was excellent. She got us checked in right away and on to our room. Juana provided a clean room for us. The provided breakfast the next morning was excellent.

Parking situation wasn't good. There was a construction crew staying there and had many of the spots in front of the hotel taken up with their trucks and equipment. I believe they could have been made to park on the side or in back to make room for people with more "normal" sized vehicles. One truck and trailer took up SIX spots in the front parking lot. We had lots of bags, there was no luggage dolly, so it was a LONG walk for us. There was also a situation with what appeared to be a homeless person, shirtless & dirty, looking for water for his car he said. The clerk made him out on his shirt, but let him roam the hotel after that. I think onsite security would have been a good idea. I wouldn't have let this person wander around my place.

Except for traffic noise, it was great.
