Amazing food! Beautiful pool and comfortable beds.

The girl that checked us in gave us very limited information about parking. She also failed to give us a parking pass- I had to ask the manager for one later in the evening so that we weren’t towed. She was also supposed to give us complimentary bottles of water for our room but did not. The manager apologized and gave us enough for all four of us.

Location and airport shuttle service was fantastic.

Loud air conditioning in room

Mark the bar tender was exceptional and the free transport to the airport and car rental areas was great.

The food/drink and room were pricey. Supposedly the drinks were less expensive during the happy hour but the receipt is not itemized so there is no way to review it as it is all lumped into a "liquor" expense. Disappointing practice.

Requested a room far from elevator it was literally round the corner,

The pool and restaurant were great.

I did not like that my child found a prescription bottle of a controlled substance on the side of the bed in the hotel room. Could have been extremely dangerous if not deadly if one of my kids opened it and tried taking it. Please have cleaning crew be more thorough.

The room was very dated with scuffed furniture. It was also quite small for a suite and could use a deep cleaning
