The restroom wasn't that clean and the shower and tub need an update.

Zimmer war sauber und mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet, aber der Fernseher funktionierte nur halbwegs. Die diversen Lampen funktionierten auch nicht alle. Beim reklamieren wurde mir am Empfang gesagt da könne man leider gar nichts machen. Frühstück war doch eher spärlich, Orangensaft, ein paar Toasts und Früchte.

Frühstück hätte variantenreicher sein können.

The location was convenient for anyone traveling to visit the Busch Gardens area. There are gas stations, restaurants, and other essentials nearby.

The friendliness of the front desk staff is questionable at best. If you are trying to contact the hotel by message or phone call, no one responds (I attempted to contact them over a 10-hour period of time with no reply). Upon arrival, we were greeted by extra charges that were not mentioned when we booked our stay. The staff were not helpful and not professional. The room was bare minimum. With no toiletries provided and only shampoo in the shower. The beds had minimal linens and were terribly uncomfortable. We barely slept as there were multiple instances of other guests yelling and sirens outside. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. In the morning, we were told we would have to go outside and then in a separate door for our "free breakfast," which was muffins, cereal, and yogurt. No hot foods at all. Overall, the hotel experience was disappointing, and the total cost ended up being $280. Not worth the money. Will not stay again.

Very rude lady in the breakfast area. roach in the bathroom no housekeeping. asked for extra towels that morning. was told they would deliver to our room. after a long day at busch gardens, returned to the room with no extra towels. wished they offered shuttle service to busch gardens.
