The facility was very clean. The breakfast was good.

I had a difficult time finding the hotel. I went to another hotel to get directions because I didn't have the telephone number for the hotel.

Everything was spotless and all the employees went above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! I will definitely be staying here again! I usually stay with Marriott but Holiday Inn was so much nicer, cleaner, and more affordable!

There is absolutely nothing I can complain about or that I think needs improvement!!!

The property was clean and the staff were courteous.

The indoor pool was closed for maintenance and repair. While we understand that these types of conditions occur, had we known before hand that the pool was unavailable we would had stayed elsewhere. Deception by omission is still deception. we did not feel that we received a good value for our purchase.

I don’t usually notice the smell on a hotel unless it’s bad. This smelled fresh, nice, kind of like a Disney resort😂. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I stayed here over 10 years ago, and was pleasant surprised by the excellent condition the hotel is still in. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel was clean all throughout. The beds felt great. Close to the facility and all the food spots.

They asked for a credit card and didn’t say why or how much you were charged for incidental. At the end of my stay I went to the desk to checkout ask for receipt and since I booked through booking I couldn’t. I was told that booking would handle it. That’s new to me bc I was never turned down for me getting a receipt. So I’m hoping I get my incidental hold released.

Charles, who worked the night shift on 3/4/23 is AMAZING. He worked so hard to fix what was messed up and get us into another hotel.

We had booked a room with two queen beds because we had 4 people in our room, two adults and two 17-year-olds. We were confirmed with this exact room but were given a king room when we arrived to check in at 11:00. There were no other rooms available so we had to find another hotel at midnight.

Got this hotel specifically for the “heated” indoor pool that was FREEZING! Two mornings in a row I had to take a cold shower because the water never would get hot. Asked the front desk for an extra blanket and a towel on separate occasions and was told “ housekeeping isn’t available” so they didn’t have access to linens.
