The staff was nice

The heavy smell of mold and animal urine was our breaking point. The room was very dirty with personal belongings still under the beds and residue on almost every surface. The only "clean" area was the bathroom.

Location was good and it was clean

Booked two queen beds and got one, front desk was very unprofessional ,when we arrived she was arguing with guest. Someone else was given our room at 1:30 am and walked in on us while we were sleeping. Requested a refund and to leave when we arrived and witnessed arguments but was told since we booked through booking.com that was not possible.

I was reserved and was charged $216 for a queen suite that slept 6 and when I arrived was given a queen room that sleeps 4. when I inquired at the desk, the very kind staff informed me that she didn’t have any other rooms or even any vacancy to give us an additional room to accommodate us. Two of my kids ended up on the floor, which is not the biggest deal in the world. However, Booking.com and Holiday Inn management have yet to fix the situation…. or do anything.

The room was big with 2 beds and a sofa bed which was perfect for a family of 5 .

It is on the edge of necessary renovations. The exit corridors are dirty & old. The windows are very old & dirty. The room air was extremely humid & window fogged up on outside. It was a mediocre stay & not what I anticipated from a Holiday Inn.

my husband and I both caught an upper respiratory infection from staying at your hotel. might need to check into the air conditioning units.
