Comfortable bed and breakfast were decent. Quiet with little disturbances.

Dining area under construction and we were not told. Room door 221 didn't maglock so anyone could have entered our room. My husband tried to book a reservation with the front desk, and he said credit card machine wasn't working so gave him another number to call which was for rewards not reservations. He called back to the front desk again this transferred my husband to another number that disconnected him, so he made the reservation through booking.com. We were told we could get a discount because my husband was having surgery the next morning at Nebraska Spine but since he booked through third party, we got nothing.

The hot tub suite was very nice .

We called during the night to extend our stay an additional night. We were told it was available and to stop the front desk in the morning . We slept late , I went to the desk at 9:45 am , our room had not been rented an additional night so we had to check out by 11am. It turned out fine , but leaving so quickly when we weren’t planning on it was inconvenient.

Nothing. Everything was great.

Breakfast every day was very good. We used the pool, hot tub, and the weight room during our stay. All of them were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Omaha.

The lady who is in charge of breakfast was a pleasure to meet. She was there most of the time we were there. Breakfast was Great. She asked if we needed anything and we were Great. Joshua, is a Great asset to your Hotel. We needed more towels and he was happy to accommodate. You need to give special recognition to both of these great employees you have. My room was not ready when we rolled in and they upgraded our room at no extra charge. It was beautiful.

The Hotel was short housekeepers. We were there only 2 days and had to get extra towels and dump our own trash. With 2 days left on our stay. I decided to not have our room cleaned until after we left. This is how it is with help. I understand there is plenty of places looking for help and can not get them.

Breakfast was ok.

Room was not ready! Drains were plugged, Noisy! You could hear people talking as they walked down the hallways. Room was too light for sleeping. Hard to sleep for me. Not a $200 a night room.
