Hotel was clean and comfy.

The toilet seat was loose and if you weren't careful you went flying off of it. Also, there was nothing stating the pool wasn't open when I booked the hotel.

Comfortable and clean

The connected room to ours had a dog that barked all night and all morning long. The staff ended up kicking them out due to not being allowed to have the dog but we were kept up all night. Nothing was done to accommodate us though. Would have liked an extra night comped since we checked in at 2am and was kept up all night by the dog. Then paid for 2 more nights.

was told it was non smoking but hallway thickly smelled of cigarettes which was disgusting. there was also a burn hole in our linens. pillows were very flat!

The room was dated, but clean. The desk personnel were nice and responsive to complaints.

The hallways reeked of smoke and cooking smells. In the evening, a dog was barking for over two hours straight in a nearby room until I called the front desk. Starting at 4 am, a nearby room began playing loud bass music until we complained at 5:30 am. I would not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys peace and quiet.

I walked into the lobby for check in and it smelled like smoke. Then I was asked to return 30 minutes later because a room wasn't ready yet. After checking in and going to my room I quickly felt uncomfortable in the space. There were several tiles in the shower missing, where empty space in the wall was exposed. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic covering as was the sprinkler. The hallway smelled heavily of Marijuana and incense. I sat in the room for 2 hours before I checked out early and booked another hotel short notice.
