The food was better than what I expected - there was a full range of food

I fully realize that you are still undergoing renovations so my only complaint is most likely related to that. We had to keep putting water in the toilet tank in order to flush the toilet. Other than that the room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was very comfy

Early morning staff were exstreamly rude when I tried at ask about morning breakfast, room had a lot of broken or worn out shower , toilet I almost fell off a couple of times because the toilet seat was broken

Overall property was in a state of disrepair. Remodeling going on. Would like to have known that before I booked as I would have stayed elsewhere. Breakfast was not good. Old eggs and dry sausage was not good. Wifi was slow.

The place was in the process of being remodeled. I wish they would have been upfront about it. Paint fumes, drywall dust in the lobby and the first floor. The drywall dust was all throughout the building. The food was not good either and we were crammed into a meeting room for breakfast. I definitely would have passed on this one.

Construction... But the air conditioner didn't work well. It's smelled pretty bad. The tub was rusty. The wall paper was peeling.

Ice machine off. Parking lot and entry really dirty and full of cigarette butts. Breakfast was late and cold. Worker stated "she over slept". No soap in bathroom. When this facility first opened we were one of the first guests to stay there. What a dump now!!! Won't stay again! Did not even get points as a Gold Card Member because I used booking.com.

Staff is super helpful. Clean, updated. Room was large and quiet.

Pleasant staff. Good breakfast, attentive staff. Good location, quiet stay. Clean. Close to Meijer and Menards. Montana Mike's steakhouse good choice. Had to book through 3rd party site, no rooms available, no problems. Our stay was fine for 2 nights, just way too expensive.

The room had a strange odor. Figured out to open window and turn on bath exhaust fan helped. Didn't have "do not disturb" tag. So gone a while came back to no towels. Had to call to desk for more. Priced way too high for race weekend. We were there for grad party in Indy (rooms all booked) $490 2 nights, 2-3 star stay. Didn't like booking through 3rd party site, due to no rooms available with hotel directly. No problems with billing
