Me and my fiancé stayed there visiting family, everything was pretty great we loved how comfortable the bed was. Sheets smelled amazing. Air conditioner worked great. Lots of utensils in the room. Basically it had everything you could have thought to have during a stay.

The water pressure was awful. And the water would turn off while you were taking a shower.

All amenities were open and breakfast was hot and good!

Staff was super nice, location was perfect, bed was comfortable, full kitchen

Short breakfast hours, desk chair was broken, not enough towels, pool was kinda dirty

The bed was murder on our backs but I realise that what is uncomfortable to one is wonderful to another. The couch in the room was so hard we didn’t use it. But our main complaint was the construction going on directly below us. The sound of drilling and hammering went on well after dark… in the summer, and started again promptly at 7:00am on a Sunday! It was awful we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Will never stay there again.

It doesn’t make any sense to book a handicap room and the have it clear down at the end of the hallway. Those rooms need to be as close to desk or elevator as possible!!

Didn't stay had no water or heat

Absolutely love that it had a kitchenette!! Very nice staff!! And the room was very big!! Shower was also nice.

Only one set of towels in the room, had to ask for another set as there was 2 of us. But the thing that really disappointed us the most is the fact that they’re still using Covid as an excuse not to give you a good hot breakfast like is advertised when you book it. There are 1000 different ways that you can get around this, in fact one of the hotels that we stayed at along our trip had a buffet of hot breakfast but they had the plexiglass up and they had their stuff serving it. We had a choice of three different sandwiches and every single one of them had cheese on it and you could not get that stuff off neither!! I myself i’m allergic to dairy and my husband just does like cheese so after you warmed it up it was completely inedible!! Every morning we got up and went and bought our own breakfast which was supposed to be included in the price of my hotel!! I personally think hotels use this as an excuse to cheap out!!
