Great stay thank you

All was good thank you.

Every other flush required that I lift the back of the toilet and adjust the flapper unit to stop the water from non stop running! Very aggravating!

Good hotel.

Cleaning crew coming into my room twice in the morning while I'm trying to sleep. If your hotel doesn't want me to have the room then don't sell it to me.

Too hot in pool room. Only place to fill water bottle is in the gym

It's a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of the way to assist you.

The restaurant had wonderful staff and ambience. The pool and gym were resort quality.

I had 4 Airline flights delayed/cancelled (1 American and 3 United) and never got to stayed at the Marriott. Original booking was for the Marriot on 6/12/23. I did call the Marriott and cancelled on 6/12/23 after the second Red Eye flight was delay. I did not arrive in Raleigh (RDU) until 10:30AM on 6/13/23 and missed the graduation at the Raleigh Convention Center. Totally disappointed.

The manager on duty the night I checked in listened to my tearful, clearly frustrated complaint about the awful smell of my room. Very, very patient.

My room had a terrible smell. I finally figured out it smelled like air freshener sprayed over vomit. It was disgusting. In the middle of the night the manager said he could move me to a different room. I was totally unpacked and had an early morning appointment, so I declined. I was handed a new set of bedsheets without any blanket. It was the worst night I've ever spent at a Marriott.
