Loved the proximity to the beach and trolley shuttle bus picked us up right in front of the hotel. Very convenient! The delivered breakfast was also very nice.

Accommodations are a little dated.

Lovely time of year in St Augustine. La Fiesta grounds were beautifully maintained with splendid holiday decorations. A feast for the eyes. Room was tidy with microwave and frig which served us well with leftovers.

The staff was very personable and the room was very clean! The breakfast delivered to the room was a very nice touch! Great location to stay on the beach! We will be staying there again!

The price was more than I was quoted online. Once I arrived I was told that the price did not include resort fees which I was unaware of?! If that was the case then it should have been outlined better in the online booking site. Of course, I paid it and that was it!

The room was filthy. With COVID you would think they would take extra care especially when they don't offer maid service throughout your stay due to COVID. They should be ashamed of the condition the room was in for a paying customer. The rugs were never vacuumed. Dirty channel guide card with crumbs all over it. The bathroom floor had dirt & crumbs; the toilet seat cover & the seat itself had blood stains; and inside the toilet was a long piece of hair. You could smell bleach which is probably used to deceive people into believing the bathroom is clean. Again I state that they should be ashamed of the condition the room was in, especially for the cost.. $250/night. It was a Motel stay that was only worth $50 if that. Luckily we were only there for one night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL

Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Excellent location with easy ocean access.

Pool is in desperate need for some shade. How about a few umbrellas. Breakfast quality was good but selection and quantity was lacking. Housekeeping situation was confusing and unclear - you shouldn't be using COVID at this late date as an excuse to do substandard housekeeping.

Close proximity to the beach, the heated pool was nice in early Spring, beautiful landscaping on property. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and breakfast was delivered at promised time.

The rooms were smaller than expected and the air conditioner had a musty smell. The rooms had limited soundproofing, would recommend traveling with a sound machine.
