I loved the decor, especially the cupholder i the bed. :) Your staff was super helpful and kind. The location was great for what I needed for my last night in the city.
My in room phone did not work and when trying to order room service it was a bit of a hassle due to the phone not working and the restaurant not answering their phone.

Absolutely stunning property, with an amazing quarterly changing bar theme, kind staff, beautiful rooms, and exceptionally comfortable beds! Hunter and Denny(Danny?) checked us in, and offered us complimentary champagne or beer, when we said champagne was perfect because we just got engaged, they gave us an entire bottle! What a lovely surprise and a way to ensure we always stay at Fairlane! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I loved EVERYTHING about the room. The corner suite was amazing! We watched the sunrise from our bed!
I had to pay $50 a night for valet parking because all the garages around me were either full or closed down

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Danny at the front desk. He went over and above for anything we needed. Great location.

this hotel offers nothing to justify the premium price. cheaper hotels offer more facilities. for the price I would expect at least the same as cheaper hotels. no breakfast, no free parking ($50 per day), no coffee, no coffee maker/kettle in room, no iron (only steamer), fridge already full with mini bar items, water pressure in shower wasn’t great, constant plumbing noises throughout the night, free toiletries weren’t refilled during our stay, rooftop bar did not have any soft drinks
