I liked that the beach was real close and easy to access, the staff was wonderful. The pool and lazy river was nice. And the thing I love the most is my son said he has the best week ever, so lots of memories were made and I hope he cherishes them forever!

No smoking isn’t allowed not even on the balcony, they said due to fire risk which is understandable. But The hotel beside of us did karoke, and played music all night. And the elevators at hotel blue quit working, so I had to use the stairs which was fine for me but my mom couldn’t climb up and down the stairs. And when I checked in they said they didn’t accept cash of any kind, that it all had to be on a card, I was not informed of that ahead of time so I wasn’t prepared. And then when I got up to the room I was supposed to be in a different room, but the key wouldn’t work. So I tried the number that was on the key and it worked.

Not too much but the location

Staff at the front desk was very disappointing . Spoke with 2 different people at the desk one was very low speaking and robot acting the other was a smart ass .. charged $12 a night to parking at the hotel . Pricing was just stupid! $3 for this 15 for that and so on and hard to understand and they couldn’t explain it good enough for this 58 year old man to comprehend and they didn’t care ! Doors slammed all night and car horns blowing in the parking deck because it’s so small people don’t want to hit each other when they are going to the next floor .We got very little rest due to all the noise . Pools look unkept in fact my grandson picked up pink eye or a virus from the pool against my better judgment they had to get in !! Uggg Make your family happy spend an other $100 elsewhere, and hope for a vacation of pleasure.

Very very noisy hotel at night not a good environment to take infant more of a party hotel with a lot of young people

The facility itself was satisfactory. Comfortable with a great view.

Enforcing the no smoking including marijuana. My husband and I both had headaches at night if we tried to enjoy our balcony due to the strong smell of marijuana. We tried to enjoy the hot tub and there were people out there smoking as well. Your facility reeks of “weed”! We will not return.

Not enough Karoake. Beds weren’t too comfortable. The DJ left too early. The elevators didn’t work properly

The hotel that had the bowling activities and breakfast the hotel Blue usually sends us to was closed down due to a fire. And we had a fire alarm go off interrupting our relaxation.
