The room was not clean and the bathroom was not working!!

I liked the location good spot for walking and site seeing

The door in the parking garage was busted anyone could wonder in at anytime out of sight of the front desk. #2 the rooms A/C wasn't working to well roon wouldn't cool down even with a window open and no mini refrigerator not sure if other rooms had one or not but we were missing one and no lock on the bathroom doors was unsettling but we made the best of it

there was no hot water in the 1st room, which they moved us to a second room & it didn't have hot water until the 3rd day.. also we arrived on monday & used the pool that evening which was nice, but after that the pool was down our entire stay.. (4 days)..100 plus degree weather all those days & NO POOL!

the room was dirty. I scrubbed the floor with Clorox wipes 3 times and the floor was still dirty. seem like the room hadn’t been touched.

Location was our main concern, room was very clean! Staff was friendly,coffee was fresh every time, we really enjoyed being in there, next time we go to San Antonio we are going to the same place, the red roof is our favorite!

We couldn’t use the pool, it would be great if is breakfast there too! I was in the north part elevator and I noticed someone was smoking inside! And the last day we were there I noticed some trash out by the front door and an empty pallet in the coffee room just laying there from the night before, it wasn’t safe!

There was hair in the bathroom and the bathtub

It's an older building, but you can tell there were some renovations and still quite clean. Mattresses were comfortable (had a good night's sleep), rooms and restrooms were clean which was worth the price and the area helps if you want to avoid the heavy San Antonio traffic if you plan to go to the Riverwalk / Alamo area. The only receptionist there was often busy but still resourceful and hospitable. (Please be nice to her, it's a big hotel)

Price was high, but low compared to others near the riverwalk (spring break day), but still close enough to walk over to the Riverwalk area (if you plan to walk) No continental breakfast, just coffee. There is a $15 parking fee, but on the bright side, my car was safe through the night.

The room was clean and big. The bed was comfy. I had everything I needed.

The staff was very nice and friendly. They offer up some information as the room lacked what most hotel rooms provide.

TV did not work. Could not watch any of the channels. Challenging for my son. Fire Dept had to be called out for whatever reason and we were out of the building for about an hour or so. The rooms did not have a refrigerator or microwave which was an inconvenience as we could properly store anything or reheat our food. Seafood is sensitive. parking for visitors was not available and the garage was very tight.
