Very small rooms, thin walls. Can hear footsteps even

I like that the hotel was central to everything that I needed to do that week. It was 10-15 minutes in any direction and I was exactly where I needed to be. Despite being right along the freeway, the room was quiet minus the occasional motorcycle. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but best of all -- that hotel breakfast was really good. I haven't had a hotel breakfast like that since before covid.

The one real let-down was the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time. I was directed to another hotel that the owner owns, and we went there, but that was more hassle than it was worth since that hotel pool wasn't as nice. It was open again the morning that we left. I suppose I can be happy that they care about the safety of their pool. I definitely wanted to use it.

Clean the carpet at Room, was very dirty.

The bed headboard was damaged, the 2nd floor had a bad smell like humidity, our room the carpet had red stains, the floor had a dent and when we called the front office Jose said they knew about it. But like how can rent a room without fixing it first. Definitely not coming back😡

The location was great and the breakfast was good and very quiet.

Dirty pool, I didn't like their breakfast, water took forever to get warm, shower looked like it hadn't been fully cleaned in a while, hallways smelled like a dirty diaper

It was affordable.

Immediately when you walk in, it smells like sewer.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy.

The shower door was broken and wouldn't close properly. The key to get into the door was glitching and the lock on the door was constantly get stuck.

I arrived there a little after midnight and the receptionist would not check me in because she said she did not see my reservation. Once she confirmed my reservation she proceeded to tell me that at that time they could not check me in since the reservation was not through their hotel.

Found roaches crawling in room. Air Condition was leaking water all over carpet. Shower barely had any water pressure.

I believe I was overcharged my rate was $78- with tax $91 which was fine but charged over $100 even after deposit was backed out

I liked the property just upset I got charged a cetain amount when I checked my bank they had charged another amount.

We loved the room and how at first glance it appeared clean and kept. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. This was a wonderful experience.

I was rather disappointed that there was only skim milk at breakfast. All the juices were out on our second day there also. The staff did go to the store for bottled juice to tide the patrons over though. Biggest thing for me though was no other option than skim milk. What about whole or two percent?
