The morning checkout person was pleasant. Everything else was not so great.

The property was not in the best shape. Beds looked like they were not fresh. Had a great deal of trouble checking in due to a problem on their system. I would not recommend this hotel.

Honestly it was the worst stay I've ever had, only good thing checking out

There were no restrooms available while waiting in lobby for over 20 mins for someone to show up at front desk., no breakfast for your stay the whole time , homeless people in hallways, the smell of Marijuana and pee in hallways, the staff working was not helpful at all and couldn't answer any of the questions that were asked. I had to switch rooms 3 times because of faulty objects in room or poor room quality For 600.00 stay

Location is good but that is about it. Plenty of parking.

The condition of this place is horrible. The paint on the walls dont match. Air conditioners make noise and leak on floor. Woke up one morning with a homeless guy camped out under my window. Other homeless sit by entrance doors and panhandle. Card readers on doors are hit and miss. No microwave or coffee pot in room. Front desk seems to be vacant a lot.

We stayed in room 211 and it was filthy and disgusting. First they put us in the wrong room type. The lady got us switched. We noticed right away it wasn’t the cleanest but left our bags to go to our event. When we got back we realized really how dirty it was. The shower did not have enough pressure to get clean. The sink doesn’t have enough pressure either. We couldn’t even rinse tooth brushes. The room said nonsmoking but the room smelled terrible. The property was out of wash clothes so we had to use hand towels to shower. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there were many questionable stains. The fold out sofa was broken. This was bad!

The pictures they use to advertise are very deceiving. This place is filthy. We were very late settling into the room or we would have demanded a refund. I hated that I put my childen in those filthy conditions. My 3 girls even acknowledged that it was disgusting. They could never get the shampoo out of their hair in the shower. This facility needs their franchise taken away. I have never left a negative review because their is always a positive. I was afraid to take advantage of the breakfast because of the lack of attention to the rooms.

Clean but unkept. Needs some paint, fix the outlets (we had one that fell out of the wall above the AC)

Absolutely nothing

Pictures of property are lies. This place is run down. The lobby was a cool 90 degrees upon entering. No one was wearing uniforms or even name tags. The place is surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people. On Friday the power went out for over 2 hours and the Wi-Fi never came back on. I complained multiple times and it was never fixed. It worked in half the hotel only. The room was disgusting with holes and mold everywhere. The floors were wet the whole time. The ice machine didn’t work and while trying to find an employee I finally found him coming out of another customer’s room. He then proceeded to argue with me about the condition of the place. I got no where with any employee at this place. Key cards didn’t work on half the doors either. Drug addicts all over this place. Another time I went to the front desk I was told by a maid she went to the gas station. After 15 minutes she finally returned. This place was a nightmare and I will never ever go to another one
