Amazing hotel, great facilities and location to Universal Studios (8 mins dedicated walk) along with getting free vip express passes. Exactly why we booked it.

Pool far too shallow to enjoy properly. Only 3 feet deep!!

The bed was broken, and the staff wasn't attentive to the issue. My daughter hurt her leg, climbing out of bed.

The park tickets didn't really provide the speed we expected.

If you are American, you don't even need to pay attention on this feedback because you are going to like this so-to-speak “resort” anyway. But if you come (at least) from Europe and you are clearly used to a far superior quality of service, be aware of the fact that here what you get is not what you probably have paid for. So if I had to give a score for my stay at Hard Rock Hotel - Universal Orlando Resort, 0 would not be enough because I would need negative numbers in order to make a serious rating of it. This hotel is basically a mess with a total lack of services in every aspect. I made my reservation for a 4 nights deluxe king room that was not even a “deluxe” but a standard, old and decrepit room (destroyed sofa) instead with a narrow bathroom and a very sad view on the hotel car parking from the window. Generally the entire resort structure was decadent and dirty with the facilities that were not working (like quick park access from the hotel). I wrote to the assistance in order to get help on these issues. Booking wrote back to the hotel but after a week they didn’t even care about it and no answer. The moral of the story is NO COMMENT with a single advice for the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando Resort: please go to Europe and learn how to do your job from the basics.

The location is super, 5 min to Universal Studios and the Hard Rock itself is epic and was ones a really nice place to stay, the place is great for pool time and parties.

We had bed bugs and the rooms are totally outdated, the noise level is not acceptable and a water bottle costs $7. Overpriced and no relation between costs and service.
