We checked in at midnight and as soon as my husband used the bathroom (to pee!) the toilet overflowed. No one was able to fix this, or even give us a plunger, so we had to switch rooms. We were given 2 towels and when we asked for more (There was 4 of us) we were told that we could not get them until house keeping arrived. The room we were moved to the bathroom was gross, shower falling apart, we thankfully needed a quick night due to arriving to Disney earlier than expected.. I have stayed at some cheap hotels before to save the money, but this one takes the cake

Muy inseguro. Se siente un ambiente turbio y hasta en el lobby hay un rótulo que dice que no se hacen responsables por robo. Las sabanas y paños estaban todos manchados y en mal estado. Es lamentable porque tiene una gran ubicación.

Que se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los carros por la noche y al entrar al cuarto el olor del fabuloso era muy fuerte, pero luego te acostumbrabas

Colchão muito sujo Velho e com muito, muito mofo Roupa da cama sujas, banheiro nojento com muito mofo, porta quebrada, tv não funcionava, falamos com a recepção mas não se importaram, Reservamos um quarto de frente pra piscina, mas falaram que não tinha disponibilidade pq o site do Booking reserva quartos que não está disponíveis

The fridge in the room and ice maker.

This room will be called the monster room. The AC unit was making a horrific noise the whole night. Both me and my partner had nightmares. I had a hard time sleeping. The floor in the bathroom was coming apart. The second bed was dirty. The only plus was there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

La ubicación Se veía limpio.

Las toallas tenían cabello de otras personas. Lugar de no fumadores pero los pasillos olían a cigarrillo. Los huéspedes de otros cuartos corriendo y gritando a altas horas de la noche. No estaba bien rotulado, no encontraba mi habitación, no hay ascensores.

Was a little dirty, of 12 days they just changed our towels once, and we found 2 little roaches, I guess that if the rooms were a little clean, they would be excellent.

Everything about the hotel was fine. The location is good.

The lock on my door was a little messed up, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back yet. I didn't know about a deposit until I checked in.

The TV worked this time and room felt clean

No washcloth in room however I am a regular and at check in Adrian had a wash clothe for me.
