Localização muito boa

Não ficou nunca mais no hotel. Uma porcaria de hotel. Instalações velhas, portas com fechaduras mal funcionando, vazamentos da privada, serviços de quarto muito ruim, baratas nos quartos, falta toalhas, travisseiros pessimos. Hotel de não fumantes, mas fizeram uma festa no quarto ao lado, com som alto e cigarro a noite toda e a administração do hotel não fez nada. Fiquei a noite toda sem dormir com minha família e filhos pequenos. Estragou o dia seguinte da programação nos parques. Ainda cobram 5,00 por encomenda que você compra pela Internet. Não ficou nunca mais e não recomendo a ninguém.

I’ve never seen so many cockroaches in my life went and bought a bottle of cockroach spray I used the whole thing have videos of probably about 50 roaches checked out within minutes

Localização, custo benefício. Me surpreendeu que pelo preço esperava menos. Não tem luxo, tendo preço vale a pena.

La Habitación la limpiaban todos los días, la recepcionista muy amable, muy tranquilo el ambiente y confiable para dejar las cosas

La habitación excelente, ubicación también.. La muchacha de recepción muy amable y muy dispuesta para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos ya que nuestro vuelo llegó más tarde de lo acordado

El personal de mantenimiento solo nos dejaba 2 toallas en una habitación de 4 personas Aveces solo dejaban toalla y no limpiaba la habitación Uno de los días llegamos y encontramos la habitación abierta y una de las empleadas de mantenimiento realizando sus necesidades en el baño de nuestra habitación

It smelled funny and the pillows in the room were tiny

the water was not going down the drain the sheets smelled

AC was broken- however, maintenance came to fix and replaced with a new unit in a very reasonable time. The I’ve machine was broken on the first floor- so we were directed to use the upstairs one. not a dealbreaker, just slightly inconvenient.

The location is perfect, it’s easy to get to and from and very close to all the popular destinations.

The cockroaches we discovered on our last night staying there absolutely ruined our trip. Imagine being there for 3 days and finding them. Gross.

Although it is an old-style motel, the main room including the bed and other furniture was quite new and in good shape and very clean.

it really really really needs a makeover! inside and out

Everything was good. Location, price, and everything. The rooms are pretty big

No smoke area.

The staff was as friendly as I would expect.

The cleanliness of the property. The AC didn't work, the TV reception was terrible, the bed was low, hard and very uncomfortable. Could not stay for the 2 nights at all. My wife wouldn't allow it based on all the issues with the room.

rooms are a little tired

The mattress was terrible and the pillow was sofa cushions extremely uncomfortable. The laundry was out of service no breakfast (even the website said you would have it) and no shuttle to the theme parks and the Wi-Fi was a joke.
