Great location to belterra casino, room was clean
bed was outdated, sink was not draining very well

The web site said it had a 24 hour shuttle to the casino and when we asked about it they said they didn’t offer that. The place was not very clean and the walls had gouges out of the dry wall and the furniture was worn, chipped and dirty.
The woman at check in was not particularly friendly

this was a really nice older hotel, friendly service clean rooms. They had a continenal breakfast of bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice & milk. which was perfect since we don't eat big breakfasts. Would differently stay there again and recommend this hotel. Although they were fairly busy, it was pretty quite.

When I tried to rebook. They wanted double. The manager barged into my room on day of check out, like I was doing something wrong. I was sleeping because I worked all night before.

Location was just what we needed. Water was great!
Blanket had cigarette burn holes, bath towel had holes and shredded areas, ceiling light in bathroom was constantly flickering when on, breakfast was all carbs.

it was very close to where we were wanting to go. plus comfy beds. Had a big shower.
could use coffee pots in rooms. plus need more then one two towels in bathrooms.

The price was good, and the location was where I needed to be. The only other hotel in the area was $100 more per night. The staff was very nice and very willing to help. The mattress was comfortable. The room was very large and amply furnished king bed, sofa, coffee table, dresser, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot,
They were out of supplies for breakfast both days I was there. They said they were "wiped out by other guests." The room had an extremely heavy smell of Lysol to mask the smell of smoke. My wife has asthma and we asked for non-smoking room. The hall had smoking rooms on one side and non-smoking on the other, The furnishing shows wear and damage. There were not hangers in the room. The towels were small and thin.

our room was located near front desk and staff/laundry room. you could hear staff talking loudly in the mornings but other than that, we had a great stay
