Parking is very tight. very difficult to park in small space.

The comfort of the bed I would rate A+. The pillows worked for me also.

No where to sit with family and talk/visit. No table area outside with seating to relax outside. Elevator was a little scary. I thought we were going to get stuck.

We liked that it was close to where we needed to go and they had a shuttle service which was nice . The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

The air conditioning was constantly cutting on and off...... like every 10 minutes

No breakfast....hey could have offered muffins, or bagels something simple especially for the location and price of rooms. Most people staying here are visiting hospital.Vending machines in two floors did not work. Parking was extremely cramped if you're not driving a compact.
