Great location. walking distance to Chuy’s, Carraba’s, and Twin Peaks. Short drive to nearly anything else you could want or need during your stay.

Could not engage the deadbolt on the rim door. close look showed the strike plate did not have a large enough hole to accept the bolt.

The cleanliness was amazing!! The front desk person was really nice as well.

Other than having to take $100 out of my account it’s great.

Old and run down. Room were extremely small and dark. Very little lighting and some lights didn’t even work.

extremely noisy. people slamming their doors all hours of the morning and night. sitting up in bed watching t.v. my bed would actually vibrate. Could hear people in next room talking, banging stuff around, sounded like they were punching the wall, I could feel it in my back sitting on the bed. went down to get a cup of tea at 8.00 am, all tea bags were gone. no one at desk to ask. Monday morning went to put egg in microwave, someone’s oatmeal over flowed, I had to clean it up. Syrup spilled on counter, and cereal. no one cleaning up.

I purchased breakfast prior to arriving at the hotel. I’m vegan and the hotel does not offer vegan options. The one thing I did not like-the room doors slam loudly. Each time I went to the desk, each person was very kind especially the slender guy who checked me in initially. My stay was from Friday evening to Monday early AM. I would stay again without a doubt! Great location and close to so much. Greenville, SC

Room was clean, up to date and we'll appointed. Location is great. Lots of places to go nearby and 15 minutes from downtown.

I had booked a room with two beds but they put us in a room with a one king size bed. Went to the desk and they switched us to a room with two beds. They then charged me more than the rate I had booked at. Was told they would refund the difference and only charge us for two days instead of the three we were staying. Two days later as we're walking though the lobby the lady at the desk tells us that some how my card was never charged. My wife then pays with her card. On Sunday before we check out we check our account and find that they charged both my card and my wife's. We got it straightened out and got refunded one of the charges. Also on the TV the sound wouldn't work on some of the channels. Came in Saturday night wanting to watch a football game and the sound wouldn't work on any of the espn channels. .
