Nothing the pictures are not the same. What pool? It was filled with desks chairs, and junk. We moved to a different hotel
that was so much nicer.
By not overcharging us by 205.00 I t the manager 3 days to call us. We did get the money back. They did not stop the person on the balcony from shooting fireworks until 2 AM

It is a convenient location very close to the caves if you want to visit them. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable, air conditioning and internet are working fine and it is quiet. The staff is also quite friendly.
There's also a pub right next to it that has freidnly staff, good food and plenty of drinks.
From my perspective, the rating is not 10 but also the current rating/reviews don't reflect what you get. I would stay again at this motel.
Free breakfast is advertised but not available and no alternatives are offered. So basically a refund should be received. The surrounding area could be cleaner and better maintained and also the cleaning teams could once in a while also clean under the beds and matrasses.

I am non-smoker. and I went there at 17:00. Pretty early, isn't it? But there's only a smoke room left and that's the only choice I can go. And I pick here because of "free breakfast". It's a SCAM! The free breakfast is stop because of covid 19. I asked them when did they stop, and they said don't know until I got permission. Isn't USA is the first country who stopped wearing mask during covid pandamic?? And the toilet isn't flush well. the towel is so stinky, and microwave's "0" button isn't working. The floor is full of dirt. and the dest is covered by dust. DUST!!! I recommend you PLZ don't come here if you are the tourist like me. this place is bad. REALLY bad. oh, and window is just glass. I'm trying to open window to make that smoking smell go out, and notice that it's only a glass which I can't even move. the air conditional is really bad either. It;s working, but Not that cold.
I'm saying this again, DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT AMAZING VACATION

A continental breakfast was advertised online as being included, but we were greeted by a sign on the door saying the breakfast was no longer available. The lobby was filled with desks that must've been removed from rooms recently. The pool was emptied with a bunch of lounging chairs in the empty pool. There was a bar attached to the lobby, and it sounded super rowdy. The extra lock on our door didn't work. The doorknob on the door connecting the suites was missing. One of the lamps in our room was missing the shade. The sink had cracks in it. One of the employees came into our room before we checked out, seemed surprised to see us, offered us a towel, and then bolted off; very odd. Carlsbad overall was pretty disappointing too.

The location was great, it was close to where I had to travel. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable.
I paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast at the property.

Staff were bored and un helpful.It was posted that breakfast was cancelled no explanation offered.The place was a mess.So we went elsewhere.

Pool was out of order and looked to have been that way for quiet sometime. The front desk smelled like moth balls, and didn't look like the pictures. They are using pics from years ago and have never remodeled. The chair in my room was filthy. Also, it was listed to allow pets on Findhotel.net, but the property doesn't allow pets. The clientele that frequent the hotel are quiet sketchy also.

The room was neat and clean.
Their breakfast is unavailable until further notice but they didn’t change their website. That’s one of the reasons I booked there was for the breakfast . They gave us a room that was very far from any parking spaces even though we are elderly.

Very disappointed. Website said they had a commentary breakfast. They did not. Said they had a pool. It was closed. Building was very sketchy. The room next to us had a broken window with the glass in the walkway. Room was clean. Just felt mislead by internet description. Didn't feel safe in the location.

There was a mini refrigerator and microwave and 2 beds. Didn’t see any live bugs but did see dead bug
The bathroom did not appear to be clean could have been stains. preteens wore shoes in shower. There was a dead bug upon arrival to room. Preteens complained of hair in bed. swimming pool and ice machine were out of order

The cleaning staff threw away my personal effects inside the room prior to my checkout. A simple verification of the room’s current occupancy could have prevented the miscommunication.

all the pictures that was showed in booking.com were filtered with photoshop, the hotel needs a complete renovation in everything, our room was infested with cockroaches, the tv, the fridge and the microwave wasn’t working. you can’t lock the bathroom door, in the booking.com hotel property post said that the hotel provided Breakfast and that you can use the swimming pool, but, the hotel has notices posted everywhere where they stated no breakfast was provided and the swimming pool is closed. we have stayed in different Econolodge hotels but, this one have been the worst of them.

e went through four rooms before finding a room that had the toilet bolted to the floor, the first three rooms the toilets were not bolted they moved. The room was dirty everywhere. the bathroom did not have a cover on the fan or a toilet osier holder, the door to the bathroom would not stayed closed. there was an open outlet in the room, the bathroom ceiling was cracked. the refrigerator needed defrosted and the hairdryer was dirty! i would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
