staff was rude. worst breakfast i ever saw, all they have served is toast, waffles, instant peach juice, and milk and cereal, no eggs or fruits or anything. AC unit in the room was loud. mattresses and pillows are super uncomfortable and hard as a rock. washers and dryers are very old and not clean at all. Morning of my checkout staff kept knocking on my door asking if I’m leaving at 8am. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Beds were actually comfortable and the restroom is a nice size.

the owner or the representative that works there the older man is completely and utterly rude. He literally hurt my hand when he opened the slide window opening for my DL it was late at night probably 2 am he was in Pijamas. and was just Rude, he came up to the door at 2min before 11am to leave basically. never again.

they said a hot tub and a pool is going to be available

It wasn't and it smelled bad need a huge upgrade from the 50s

Close to the Caverns which made the next morning very convenient.

Close to 2 National Parks, good size, bed big and comfy. Owner loaned me a coffee pot for my stay. The cleaning ladies emptied garbage and gave me clean towels daily.

I liked the big, soft, King sized bed. The room was large, and included a mini kitchen. That saved me a lot of money. The grounds were fairly quiet during the day, no disruptive travelers, I really liked that.

Some of the furniture was older, but the pluses outweighed the minuses, just for me.

the shower had a build up of mold that we ended up getting sick from allergies.
