Wir hatten Stadtblick gebucht aber unser Zimmer lag gegenüber eines anderen Hochhauses, welches die Sicht doch arg eingeschränkt hat.

The valet parking is way overpriced and your pretty much locked in as not much other available parking . If your staying at hotel already paying higher price $80 to $90 is just way to high. It was raining and the design of windows there was loud tapping from rain hitting them all night

I really liked the size of the room, and found it was very clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient for the Moscone Convention centre

I was under the assumption that breakfast was included in the pricing when I had booked the hotel. Only to find out that it was an additional $40/day for buffet style breakfast. After the first day, I went elsewhere for cheaper, better breakfast

The room was comfortable, as was the bed. Hotel was modern and slick. The staff was excellent. The property was quiet, which is the top of my list for comfort.

Didn’t love the location, it’s a hike to get anywhere. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, typically with a “for lease” sign. Bring your on umbrella. There was no offered at the hotel.

The room was wonderful and much more than I expected. It was very stylish and comfortable. The location was perfect to get to Oracle Park. I think we found our new home base for when we are in San Francisco.

The breakfast options. The buffet was really expensive and I only wanted some eggs over-medium, hashbrowns, bacon and some toast. Next time we'll get the breakfast sandwich at the hotel coffee shop. It was much more reasonably priced.

The Clancy is such a gem! The lobby is drop dead gorgeous... a place you want to linger and enjoy quiet conversation. The room was terrific: quiet and very comfortable. Didn't spend much time there because we were in town to watch the Chinese New Year Parade; and this is where the hotel shined... two blocks from a great viewing area! After a great night traipsing all over the city, we relaxed in the outdoor courtyard (warmed by the large firepit). We loved all the gifts for Marriott Bonvoy members, too (food/beverage credit, reusable water bottles, Cable Car tickets, fortune cookies!). We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Cannot think of a single thing not to like. This is a rare find in SF.

The Hotel location was perfect for the things we wanted to go see. We walked around the city and was able to emerse in the culture without having to spend on Ubers.

The restaurant was okay, would suggest exploring the city and finding other local spots

Service, hotel lobby ambience, beds, products in the room, Nespresso coffee pods. Also liked the fact that we were given $25 credit per day towards food and beverage.

The cafe and restaurant opening hours were a bit limited and I also wish there had been room service. However, I did like the small hotel mini market and there were lots of options outside of the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable but needed more light, especially in the bathroom vanity area. Aldo, there were no towel racks.

The prices for all food and drinks were extremely high. And the $8 bottles of water were a major ripoff, especially since the tap water was not palatable. There’s no reason to gouge your guests for water.

Close to downtown attractions but not much noise from outside. Spacious room with good TV, included free Paramount streaming. Blackout curtains always a plus.

Could hear some noise from an event downtown outside on the Saturday evening. The other 3 nights of my stay were very quiet though.

Die Lage ist ab vom Schuss. Nur Valletparking verfügbar zu unfassbaren 80 Dollar am Tag. Beim Chckin hat uns der Mitarbeiter nichts erklärt und auch noch den Frühstück Voucher vergessen abzugeben. Unklare Bestimmungen zu WLan füren zu verwirrungen. Ambands im Restaurant des Hotels nicht einmal mehr ein Kaffee erhältlich. Auch die Getränkekarte der Bar ist sehr speziell. Keine Klassiker zur finden und ein simples Sprite wandelt sich in Zitronenwasser.

Second time staying here and loving it. Comfortable beds, sunny rooms with big windows, great gym, and helpful staff.

The compulsory $25 dollars voucher which we had to buy extra daily to be used in the hotel. That was unexpected and not needed. Very weird way to upsell.

It was clean and easy to find things. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was so comfy and lovely. The coffee bar downstairs was nice and convenient.

There were 2 beds in the room, but only one robe. It was just odd. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty.

Nos engañaron con las cuentas. Intentando añadir conceptos. Éramos 4 adultos, claramente identificados en la reserva, con desayuno incluido, y nos cargaron 2 desayunos porque interpretaron que éramos 2 adultos y 2 niños, y a pesar de explicarlo, nos cargaron 70 dólares. No tuvimos tiempo de reclamar porque en recepción nos hicieron un juego de trileros con las cuentas y el cambio a euros.
