I love the rooms. Very spacious and clean. The bed comfortable. The customer service in front desk. And thr waiter in the restaurant yesterday night was excellent 👌

Today in the morning went to restaurant for breakfast. We sat inside near the window. And was dirty. And it had a weird smell.

parking fee?! just build the cost into the bill, it’s offensive to pay a parking fee. where else would I park?

The pool was great for my kids.. we ordered room service from the restaurant. Kind of pricy but to be expected! Over all we had a good stay here

We liked the space this room provided, overall.

We would have liked to have an outlet by the other mirror in the open room, since there is not much space in the sink area of the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't quite as clean as I would have liked. It would have been nice to have service without having to ask for towels. One of our rooms asked for clean towels and never received them.

I did have a few issues that made my stay unpleasant, I will not be back. We travel 2x a month for my daughter traveling water polo team. So that’s unfortunate. 1. The room key to room 243 did not work the first time I had my two kids and bags and had to go back down to the lobby to get new keys. 2.in room 243 it was next to the stairs and when some one came up the stairs the door slammed and startled my daughter with Autism. 3. We had to go to another room this time with no wrap around balcony and a view of the top of a parking lot. 4. I asked front desk about breakfast she said there was a continental breakfast which is included, so my I got oatmeal and my daughter and husband got the buffet. We charged $80. 5. The bed in room 920 was so squeaky and loud every time I moved the bed frame creaked. 6. There was a view of a parking lot There was a pull out bed but no linens or pillows so we couldn’t use it. 7. The ball outside for the kids in the pool was worn gross looking.

Parking extra. Wifi extra. Come on.

Front desk staff (Christina I think was her name) was exceptional. It was our wedding anniversary and she made us feel so special and welcome.

We only had one night to stay. Wish we'd had more time to try all the amenities.

close to airport, and getting on to PCH. nice view of bay. people/staff were nice.

There is nothing to walk to. you have to get in your car and drive. It’s dated it needs updating.

Food in restaurants no vegab or almost no option for vegetables night time I ate next door in moulin instead
