Close to beach
Thin walls. Was not updated. Thought the price was way to high for the way the room looked. Looked more like a motel 6

Location was the best you are going to find (for the price). Plenty of places to walk to if you don't want to drive and you're only there for a few days. Staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. PLUS they had beach towels/chairs/body boards available to borrow.
Shower temp was a little inconsistent, and make no mistake--this is a no-frills establishment. But if you know that going in, what is there to complain about?

Floor was dirty. When we walked in and took off our shoes, our feet were black with dirt. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work.

Front desk people are very customer service friendly and nice. Great experience. Close to the beach.

Staff was caring and helpful. Everyone from the front office to housekeeping staff was friendly and considerate. The room was clean. Highway noise was minimal and air conditioning was quiet.

Walking distance to the beach and 2 dining establishments that Monica recommended!! The room was far bigger than We expected and We were very comfortable!!
The limited parking. Fortunately We could walk to the 2 GREAT restaurants nearby and didn't need to risk losing Our parking spot.

coffee maker was one of those that uses special prepackaged pouches, so I couldn’t use my own coffee at all, but I could use it for some hot water st least.

The location is excellent and the staff is super friendly. I loved that the floors were vinyl versus carpet as it lends to a clean feeling.

unfortunately, we had the room 230 (closest to the PCH) and we had lots of noise during the night because of PCH just in front of the hotel and also with the next room

parking here is included in the price which is amazing, not a lot of hotels do that. location is fantastic, a 5 min walk to the beach.
