Good location and facility.

Walls are a little thin. I could hear the TV next door.

Had to make a reservation for maid service. Signed up for maid on a particular day and the maid never came. Felt that ruined my stay.

We asked for clean towels several times and did not get them until I went to the desk and asked again. Also needed trash emptied, and it wasn't. The hotel manager said they were short-handed, not my problem as a guest. I exspect service not lip service.

Quiet, relaxing, peaceful and super clean

This is a nice looking hotel right off the highway. My husband and i got a night away from our young kids and I picked it bc it had an indoor hot tub - most in the area do not.

The hotel was absolutely overrun with teenage girls. The whole hotel was overrun due to a volleyball conference. The hotel cant help this I understand, but it made the experience much less appealing. The bar was supposed to be open til 11pm but at 9 they close half of it bc dining ends. Thats fine, but why close half the actual bar? The part that was open facing the lobby was full of parents with their teenagers so no one else could sit. In this case the other side of the bar should be open. Breakfast is too expensive and they wont even let you bring it to your room as takeout. They really couldve been more accomodating to guests not there for volleyball. I would skip this hotel if youre looking for a relaxing night away.

We had an excellent stay the room was comfortable. My only complaint Is that the American Flag they had flying was tattered and should have been taken down. We had to talk to 3 people and ask 3 times before we got an answer of they are on order and they are not allowed to take it down. We are a military family and we found it very disappointing. This has happened at one other Marriot location we stayed at as well.

the pool and jacuzzi were pretty good. there were paint chucks coming off in the water

the heat in the room didn’t work so it was cold.

Room smelled like cigarettes, carpet was sticky, they forgot to give me ny breakfast vouchers when I checked in.
