Friendly Staff, clean room. Parking was well lit. I got a room close to the end of the building to make it easy to get to my room. The area nearby has lots of shopping and restaurants. It seemed safe.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It had two little pillows. The toilet had a broken lid, which was glued back together. The tub had several cigarette burns. The ceiling vent cover was half hanging off the ceiling by two screws. The tv channel selection only had about 10 channels. The air conditioning was very loud. The shower walls were not very clean under the divided crevice.

You could feel every spring in the bed digging into your back, there were multiple parties and some kids dented my car. Seemed to be a sketchy area of town. At least the motel was sketchy. There was also such a big area gab in the door that I could see outside throw the crack. So someone could easily see inside! The front desk lady didn’t care at all. Someone damaged my car and didn’t even get a facial expression. I checked out early because of this. They said they couldn’t refund me. And I would have to talk to the manager. I was told I would be called my the manager. That never happened. I called them multiple times and never got through.

First room had a heavy cigarette smell in a non smoking room. Got switched to another but they didn’t have anymore suites left so I got downgraded (which wasn’t reflected in the price). Next room smelled okay but had fruit flies. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever laid on. It was like a solid board and I could feel the springs pressing into my back. The facilities themselves aren’t clean. It was so bad that I booked a second hotel and left about 3-4h after checking in. Strongly advise staying anywhere else.
