The room was perfect for our family stayed. Is what we’re looking for in a hotel. The food and pool was good. Close to everything and Disney Land (the best part).😊

In our last day. We have asked to clean our room and Cheryl? told us that we need a day notice to request but we have been calling since our first stayed in to clean our room same day with no problem at all (James or John). She stated that they’re super busy to clean our room, so they only gave us new towels and throw away our thrash. Very disappointed!

Staff was helpful

Only thing is that I had requested when I checked in to have my rooms cleaned throughout the stay and wasn’t never documented so I had to go and request it an fresh towels

Pool, staff friendly, breakfast nice.

Keys never worked for the pool gate half the time (not just us other guests same problem). Yep brand new bathrooms near reception with no paper products, ie no toilet paper for my 7 year old that had already gone potty…begs the question: when was it last cleaned?! We Got the loft suite full kitchen for the week…full kitchen a farce:no dish soap, not a single sharp cutting knife, not a single pan you could put in the oven no water glasses and only 4 mugs and 4 hard alcohol tumblers for a rental that sleeps 8?!! Loft king bed so outdated and uncomfortable. There are better places closer to the parks.

Location,price, cleanliness, customer service was amazing! My stay was amazing! Room was exactly as described, very clean very spacious and all staff was very organized and attentive! Checking in was sooo smooth and fast!perfect family size!
